1404 - Hypocrisy Tales Of Thy Spineless 2013

Hypocrisy brings forth a new album, "Rnd of Disclosure", four years since the release of their previous album ‘A Taste of Extreme Divinity’. "Tales Of The Spineless“ is a fast and thrashy Hypocrisy song, about the high up bankers and illuminati secret societies and how they are feasting on the everyday Joe, crushing dreams, making everyone live like a virus in their eyes. Tagtgren’s higher pitched growling over a back drop of melancholy guitars and plodding drumming.

1317 - Hypocrisy Roswell 47 1996

After spending three years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1990, founder Peter Tägtgren returned to his homeland of Sweden, to form his own band. Hypocrisy's early releases were noted as being well-executed death metal, but panned for not being particularly innovative. That criticism waned as the band matured, cultivating a more distinctive sound as well as employing an introspective lyrical approach. "Abducted" is the album where Hypocrisy came into their own and began to be acknowledged as a unique creative force in metal. Musically, the album is a big change as well in that it is significantly more melodic and the guitars are now much more mid-paced. The drumming is very precise and the snares embody this new direction for songs. Mikael Hedlund returns on bass and his four-strings compliment the time signatures rather well especially on the catchy "Roswell 47".

512 - Hypocrisy Eraser 2004

"Arrival", the 9th album from Swedish death metal Hypocrisy, is a huge step forward from their last album. "Eraser" starts with a creepy yet mellow bass solo, then the guitars and drums come in, and then the vocals. This is a pretty good song and has a very melancholic guitar riff which holds the song together nicely. Slow paced, but suited.
