577 - Bruce Springsteen Better Days 1992

Bruce Springsteen's "experimental" period in the early nineties when he decided to record and tour with musicians other than his long-time rearguard The E St. Band is widely considered to be his least fruitful and least appealing. In 1992 he decided to simultaneously release two single albums, "Human Touch" and "Lucky Town". The storming opener in "Lucky Town" is "Better Days", it commented on and deflated the commercial success with which Springsteen clearly felt uncomfortable.
