The Jesus and Mary Chain are a Scottish alternative rock band formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1984. The band revolves around the songwriting partnership of brothers Jim and William Reid. They released a constant string of albums, singles and EPs from their formation in 1984 until their breakup in 1999. In 2007 the band reunited and began work on a new album. "Happy when it rains" is a beautiful song, not really metal song, but great.
