921 - Hirax Bombs of Death 1985

After releasing some demos, Hirax signed with Metal Blade and debuted with their first full-length, Raging Violence in 1985. The band was composed of Katon W. De Pena (vocals), Scott Owen (guitar), Gary Monardo (bass) and John Tabares (drums).
Hirax's first album "Raging Violence" is half an hour of kickass thrash metal, some of the better releases of 1985. “Bombs of Death”, first featured on the Metal Massacre IV compilation in its fine demo version, is a top track with great speed about nuclear war.
