German band Scanner at the time presented something that was still a novelty, with speedy guitars, high pitched clean vocals, quite a bitch of catchy choruses and choirs aplenty.
"Across the Universe" is immense,like a galactic anthem for happy space unity, Knoblich's lines in the verse cut out across the void like lasers.
