Triana were Eduardo Rodríguez Rodway (voice and guitar), Juan José Palacios -Tele- (drums and percussion)and Jesús de la Rosa(voice and keyboards).
The main goal of the band from Seville was to merge flamenco music with progressive rock. Influenced by other progressive rock-bands, like Vanilla Fudge the early King Crimson or Pink Floyd. The band developed a hard progressive and experimental sound during its three first albums.
"El Patio", Triana's debut, released in 1975, contains classics such as "Luminosa Mañana".
