Tankard is one of the early German thrash bands. "Empty Tankard" is included in their debut "Zombie Attack", and it's already a good indication that these guys are drunkards who love to play metal.

77 - Tankard The morning after 1988
After the overwhelming classic German thrasher ‘Chemical Invasion’, Tankard mostly upgraded the production but the material was pretty much the same. ‘The Morning After’ would turn out to be their last full length album with Oliver Werner on drums. In this track you'll get 100% Tankard-Thrash, including Gerre's characteristic vocals. It starts mid-paced and then goes into a rancid and explosive riffage. More Beer, please.
