409 - Reincidentes Mi Generación 2002

Reincidentes are a Spanish rock band from Seville. They started playing in the mid-'80s under the name of Incidente Local, with Juan Barea on bass, Manuel Pizarro on drums, and Fernando Medina on guitar and vocals. The band made its live debut at Sevilla's University in 1987. Two years later, they became one of the finalists at a local rock contest. Around that time, sax player José Luis Nieto joined in. In 1989, the group's self-titled album was released by Discos Trilita, obtaining a huge success in the Basque country. Their songs contain a leftist political messsage, together with a strong music, full of energy.
