461 - Suhrim Bonesaw 2007

On their third record (and second for Shiver Records) Belgian old school death metallers Suhrim are finally living up to the potential they've always had. Sounding somewhat like early Aborted (circa "Created to Kill" split with Misery Index, Brodequin, etc) or "False" era Gorefest (without the topical socio-political lyrics) and boasting a high quality production courtesy of Hertz Studios, Poland the band are bound to make waves in the European scene. The addition of three new members has revived the band seemingly, now truly delivering some exceptional work in the guitar and drum department. Especially drummer Kevin Deleener deserves a mention as his work is truly the best part of "Happy Hour", just listen to 'Bonesaw' for examples of that.
